The company has its origins in Motrileña de Inversiones y Desarrollos de V, S.L., incorporated on July 13, with an initial focus centered on three strategic areas:

• Investments: Participation in local and regional investment initiatives, including land acquisition and collaboration on development projects.
• Project Management: Management and coordination of real estate projects for third parties.

Once the founding objectives were achieved, the company evolved and adopted a new identity as Ingenio Welinton S.L., incorporated on October 9, 2018, based at Calle República Dominicana, 3, Motril (Granada).
